What to Bring:
NOTHING!

As a rule of thumb, if it doesn’t fit in your pocket, don’t bring it in. The Check-in Team will collect any belongings (keys, wallets, etc.) and hold them during the event in secure storage. They will be returned at check-out.

There are a few exceptions:

• Cell phones – capture this time with your friends and fellow graduates!
• Medications – if you are bringing any medications with you, a parent/guardian must list these on the permission form and be available to check them in when you get there.
• OPTIONAL: If you plan to participate in physical activities, you may want to bring a change of shirt/clothes/deodorant. We’ll hold them until you need them!

Expectatons

We want you to have fun…and you will…if follow these Project Grad event expectations:

As a Milton High School Class of 2027 Senior or Parent/Guardian of a graduate , I understand and agree to the following expectations:

• Project Graduation 2027 is a celebration for the MHS Class of 2027.  No guests will be allowed.
• Once checked-in, participants must stay the entire night.
• We encourage participants to leave all unnecessary items at home to avoid being lost or stolen. Secure storage is available and each participant will have a pre labeled bag (provided by Project Graduation) for items they do not wish to keep on their person. Anything that cannot fit in a pocket will be held in secure storage until check-out.
• If a participant must have medication with them, a parent/guardian must check the medication in upon arrival. No other medications will be allowed.
• Participants are permitted to have cell phones during the event and are responsible for the device at all times. Project Graduation is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen cell phones. (Secure storage is available)
• Food, drinks and entertainment will be provided at no charge all evening!
• Participants must use the bus transportation provided by the Project Graduation staff to and from Spare Time.
• Participants must be respectful of themselves, each other, and all Project Graduation staff.  All the same rules outlined in the MHS Student Handbook will apply during the event.
• There will be no smoking, vaping, drugs or alcohol allowed anywhere at any time during the event.
• If, during the evening, there is a violation of the rules or expectations of conduct, the participant will NOT be allowed to participate further and a parent/guardian will be called to retrieve their graduate from the event. That participant will forfeit their Project Graduation gift.
• Participants will be personally responsible for any intentional damage done to any property during the event.
• Participants will be dismissed from the event between 6:30 am and 7 am from MHS, the day after graudation. Their selected gift will be distributed at the event check-out.  
• We encourage a parent/guardian to come pick up at dismissal as they will probably be quite tired, however keys will be given back at that time if they drove themselves to the school.  If graduates appear to be too tired, arrangements will be made to get them home safely.
